WHY STAT EXISTS
After decades of working in home care, Robbyn saw firsthand how much time agency owners and administrators were losing to paperwork, employee onboarding, training requirements, compliance tracking, scheduling, and disconnected systems. She founded STAT Healthcare Academy to create a better way.
Today, STAT has evolved into an all-in-one home care operating system designed specifically for the day-to-day needs of home care agencies. The platform brings digital employee onboarding, employee files, state-required orientation and in-service training, compliance tracking, scheduling, EVV, and billing together in one centralized system.
