Videos are designed to help staff retain information and improve caregiver retention to help reduce client hospitalization.

Quizzes

Quizzes must be passed with a 70% score or higher to ensure understanding. Completion certificates print with signature and date already added. Staff train from smartphone, Ipad, desktop or agency office.

Training

Required training must be completed prior to seeing first client. Simply send staff a link to create a username and pasword.

Employees are not able to fast forward until each training module is completed in full.

System will email staff on first day of each month to login and complete their 1 hour ongoing education training.

About The Owner/Presenter

Robbyn Holland

Ms. Holland is the owner and founder of STAT Healthcare Consultants. She created this one of a kind home care training platform so both skilled and non-medical agency owners around the Country can onboard staff virtually and efficiently.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration

Professional Experience:
2013 -2018 - Owner and Operator of “Embark Home Healthcare.” Florida Region 7 and 4

- Completed ACHA survey consultant training
- Successfully passed Florida AHCA State surveys
- Successfully passed two CHAP accreditation surveys

Prior to opening her own home healthcare agency, Ms. Holland worked as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing (RDSM) for a Statewide Home Healthcare agency in Florida and an RDSM for Five Star Senior Living one of the largest National Senior Living providers in the Country where she managed the marketing for “40” Skilled Nursing facilities and Assisted Living communities in 8 States.

What if I have an annual contract with a different training platform?

You can still purchase the STAT training platform at the same time because no other company uses video and reviews Policies & Procedures. Then, once their current contract ends, companies choose to stay with STAT because we also provide inservices agencies are required to have.

Do you require an annual contract?

No. We charge one annual fee upfront. Our team of experts work hard all year so you renew with us!

How do you know what P & P’s are required?

There are “15” specific policies every agency should have. Those policies should be included in your employee handbook, reviewed with staff upon hire and upon staff 12-month work anniversary. We also provide a handbook if needed, add your company logo then add it to your platform for staff to download.

Do you charge per staff member/caregiver?

NO. We are all inclusive. One annual fee includes unlimited sign on, and unlimited use.

Do you offer additional support once I become a client?

A LOT! We have a very active YouTube Channel and encourage everyone to hit that subscribe button. We are always providing additional support that we convey through LIVE YouTube events.

What if our organization has more than one location?

Our copyright states that each training platform may be used for unlimited offices in the same Medicare Region. If you are non-medical, we still look at this as a Medicare Region.

Can my website be linked to my training platform?

YES. This is something we are currently working on and should be available very soon.

Can fillable forms be added to my training platform?

YES. Just tell us what documents you need, we will create the fillable document then you add it to your docusign account and send the link back to us.
